I had the absolute best time this past Saturday at Natasha & AJ’s sweet wedding at Clemson Presbyterian Church. Throughout the day, Natasha was giddy with excitement that she was about to marry the love of her life. I’d never met AJ before, so I saw them together for the first time during the ceremony. Natasha was completely herself when she was with him! They were so comfortable together that I only had to give simple instructions here and there during their portrait session because they were so great at just being together! I just loved being a part of their joy-filled day! 

Emily & Logan were married this past weekend at the beautiful Ocean Course on Kiawah Island. Even though the weather was cold and windy, Emily & Logan couldn’t have been happier. Emily’s smile lights up every room she enters, and the love she and Logan share is contagious! I am obsessed with the bridesmaids dresses and their elegant purple scarves. I gotta hand it to those ladies for braving 34 degree weather for the few minutes we were outside!! I loved working with this bridal party because they were all so much fun! There were so many sweet details throughout the day that were so Emily & Logan. For example, the girls flowers were all modeled after the first flowers that Logan ever got emily. How sweet!! And can we talk about how fabulous that food looks?! The catering was done by the Kiawah Island Resort, and it was absolutely stunning. I snuck a couple bites of cake, and oh. my. word. I died and went to heaven. Major props to the chef! The best part of the day had to be the stunning sunset that we experienced moments after the ceremony. If we had been two minutes later, we would have missed the whole thing! They were so overjoyed to be married and to be in one of their favorite places on earth. I am so happy for Emily & Logan! I loved the southern charm and all of the little details of this wedding that made it so special. Anna’s parents are as classy as can be, and Jacob’s parents are SO fun. The whole day was a family affair! Four of the five groomsmen were related to the bride or groom, Anna’s grandmother played the piano and sang during the ceremony, her brother made the delicious BBQ, a friend made the exquisite cupcakes, and everyone was lending a helping hand wherever they could. And get this! The matron of honor grew up with Anna, and she is married to the best man, who grew up with Jacob! That’s right. The matron of honor & best man each knew Anna & Jacob separately and were best friends with them before they even got together. As the best man said, this stuff doesn’t happen in real life! Well, it did for Anna & Jacob, and they are as happy as can be. Thank you for letting me be a part of your special day! I loved every minute of it! 

Wow. Where do I even start with this couple and this wedding? Too much awesome happened in one day! I’ll start by talking about what a cool couple Rachel & Brandon are. They love the outdoors, they love adventure, and they love life. I loved seeing them be happy together and enjoy life with their friends and family! A lot of Rachel’s friends that she met when she worked at some national parks came down from all over to see their friend get hitched. It truly was a special day full of community and joy! Rachel & Brandon’s first look was one of the sweetest I’ve ever seen. 

I had the wonderful privilege of getting to know Meagan and Jeremy earlier this year during their engagement session, and I also got to spend some more time with Meagan during her bridal session. They are such a sweet couple! They chose the most perfect venue for their wedding. Green Acres Events is nestled in the woods of Honea Path, SC and provided a charming background for their lovely day. The weather was absolutely gorgeous and the sun was hitting the trees in just the right spot during their ceremony, making these some of my most favorite ceremony shots ever! Also, check out the girls’ bouquets! The stunning florals were done by Meagan’s uncle, based out of Charlotte, NC. They were perfect for Meagan and her lovely ladies. Meagan and Jeremy are truly meant to be! I just loved seeing them interact with each other. Meagan and Jeremy, I hope you’re having a blast on your honeymoon, and I wish you a lifetime of happiness! Thanks for letting me be there on your special day. 

Hudson and Erica are married. Hudson and Erica. ARE. MARRIED. These two lovebirds simply could not contain their excitement for their wedding day, and boy was their joy infectious! The thing I love the most about seeing two young people in love is the genuine happiness, innocence, energy, and euphoria that radiates from them. Hudson & Erica are in love, and it. shows. The way they look at each other is all the proof you need to know they are meant for each other. Everyone sees it. Everyone feels it. Everyone celebrates it. Hudson & Erica were excited, nervous, happy, passionate, and now they’re married! I truly had a blast being a part of their wedding day. Everything was beautiful right from the beginning. The florals from Culpepper Designs were absolutely perfect, and the charming Southern Bleachery in Taylors could not have been a better fit for this amazing couple. And how about that dessert table?! Yummy, yummy, yummy! Buttercream Bakehouse knocked it out of the park yet again with this one. Hudson & Erica, congratulations. Thank you for sharing your happiness with me. Anna & Jared tied the knot at the romantic Gassaway Mansion in Greenville, SC this weekend.  I just love this couple! Their love is obvious to anyone that sees them together, and the way they look at each other is SO sweet. I had the opportunity to work with them back in January for their engagement photos, and I could tell on Saturday that their love had grown even stronger. It was such a beautiful day! The weather was perfect, and flowers were in bloom; the sunlight was gorgeous,  and Anna looked like a princess. Her bridesmaids seriously could not stop telling her all day how perfect she looked! The Gassaway Mansion was the most wonderful setting for Anna & Jared’s classy evening. I am so excited to share these images with you of their special day! Congratulations Anna & Jared!

Becky & Patrick were married on Memorial Day, and their wedding was nothing short of perfect! Everything about the day ran so smoothly and according to schedule. If you know anything about weddings, that says a lot! I loved the bright sanctuary at the church and all of the little touches that made the day unique to them as a couple. Isteated of a cake, they had gelato from Luna Rosa. For the guest book, they had a stack of postcards from different places. People could pick one out from a place they’ve been and write them a note! Becky & Patrick are both adventure-seekers. In fact, they are spending their honeymoon in Yosemite! Yeah, I’m jealous too. I also just love how obviously in love they are with each other. Just look at how Patrick looks at Becky and you’ll know he’s absolutely head over heels. He could not stop admiring her dress the whole day either! Oh, and the food at the reception was TO DIE FOR. Chicken, hummus, shrimp cocktail, stuffed mushrooms, and THE BEST grilled vegetables. Check out Uptown Catering if you want something tasty! They were both so sweet and I loved hanging out with them and meeting their parents, too! Congratulations to Becky & Patrick!!

Melody and Will are married!! I had SUCH a blast photographing this wonderful couple’s special day. Doesn’t Melody have the most infectious smile? She and her new husband were both very sweet and kind throughout the whole day. I loved everything about their wedding! Melody’s dress is stunning, and check out those bridesmaid dresses! They are wrap dresses that can be worn different ways. One of my favorite things about the reception was seeing Will and his little sister together. They are too cute, and she was having a blast. Anna & Patrick are married! It’s been such an honor working with this sweet couple. I knew Anna and Patrick from my university days here in Greenville, SC. Patrick was in my freshman choir, though I didn’t know him then, and Anna was actually in the same major as me and we sat beside each other in a class! I have loved working with them these last few months! Their wedding was nothing short of perfect. It was a joy-filled day! So many guests showed up to support Anna and Patrick, which is a fabulous testimony of their commitment to each other and to the Lord. Check out Patrick’s face in 99% of these… he couldn’t wipe that grin off of his face! I am so happy to share these with everyone. Congratulations, Anna & Patrick!
