In my 15 years of entrepreneurship, I haven't been a stranger to failure. When I first started my coaching business, I launched my membership 3 times to crickets. While growing my agency, I went from having the best financial year ever to shutting everything down 6 months later. I had developed a pattern of pushing through the stress to do what I thought was expected of me and it led me to burnout.
I found healing in reconnecting with everything that makes me unique and weird and giving myself the time and space to build something truly aligned with me. As a former music teacher and swim coach, I’ve learned how to break complicated ideas down into step-by-step, easy-to-follow tasks. I want to help you build a business that is unique to how you want to spend your time and energy.
I am a coach that is there to walk with you as a companion and guide, not a taskmaster. I help you be accountable to what they want to achieve while honoring your energy. As a mental health advocate, I hold space for you to share what is holding you back and what you struggle with. Business ownership is often difficult and isolating. It can cause intense anxiety and overwhelm. I want to help you move through the anxiety and create a life of ease.

Yes and no. Most people will be experienced entrepreneurs ready to rebuild their business in a way that feels authentic to them. If you’re just beginning and want to start your business from a place of alignment, you will benefit from this mastermind. However, if you want help with basic business foundations like how to get an LLC, start an email list, or build your website you should check out my course, The Dream Biz Kickstart!
Each round includes 5 participants who are inclusive and kind-hearted entrepreneurs that value creativity, and self-compassion. This is a safe, supportive space where you can show up fully as yourself & build lasting connections.
Maybe! While we don’t focus solely on scaling, the joy and clarity you’ll gain often lead to better alignment, attracting clients you love, and building a business that feels sustainable and profitable. If you're focus is solely on profits, this is probably not the mastermind for you.
Yes! In addition to group coaching, you’ll get two 1:1 calls with me—one at the halfway point and one at the end—to dive deeper into your unique challenges and goals. Plus, you'll be in my Slack Channel where you can chat or voice message me anytime and I'll respond during my business hours.
We'll meet weekly on Mondays at 12PM EST for one hour. We'll alternate between group strategy calls (usually hosted by me and occasionally hosted by guests) and creative sessions (some hosted by me and some hosted by guests). Our meetings will be recorded so you can watch the replays if you miss a meeting, but there won't be any makeup sessions.
I don't announce the guest facilitators in advance in case of scheduling conflicts and because I want to choose experts that I think will align with the unique makeup of our group in each round of the mastermind. Rest assured I always choose people I admire and that I think you'll love!
I'd love to have both you and your business partner join, but each individual will need to purchase their own membership in the mastermind.
