I’m a creative entrepreneur, former agency owner, and business coach with ADHD. I’ve had $10k months and did business the “right” way, and it nearly broke me. Panic attacks, burnout, and survival mode became my norm.
What pulled me out wasn’t another strategy or productivity system. It was creative play.
In the middle of burnout, play was the only thing that helped my nervous system settle, my imagination come back online, and my relationship with my business soften again. Creating without an agenda literally helped me find myself again.
And I want to help you do the same!

🎨 Why Creative Play? Creative Play does wonders for your brain. It can help you get out of overthinking, remove fears of imperfection, generate new ideas, and even recover from burnout. Our creative calls are the foundation of the membership because I believe that you have all the answers you need inside you; you just need the space to work through them and get them onto paper.
🕒 What’s the time commitment? 3 calls a month (Mondays @ 1pm ET) and optional messaging in the Slack community.
📥 What do I get? Access to the group Zoom calls, access to my private podcast for members only, and access to a private Slack Workspace for chatting, accountability, & support between calls.
📆 Can I cancel anytime? If you're on the monthly plan you can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle and you will lose access to the Slack Workspace and the Zoom calls. While the Lab is flexible, most folks see the biggest transformations by staying for at least 6 months.
🧾 Refunds? I don't offer refunds. You’ll get out what you put in. I’m here to support your growth with honesty and care.
