Alexandra and Chase are one of the sweetest couples anyone could ever meet! Their love story is so sweet. They’ve known each other for years, and Chase was especially crushing on Alexandra, but it wasn’t until recently that they found out their feelings were mutual and began their relationship. They love people, they love each other, and their love for Jesus shines through whenever you talk to them!
There were so many special moments at this wedding. Instead of a unity candle, Alexandra and Chase decided to plant a tree and water it to symbolize how their relationship will grow. Another special treat was that since Alexandra and Chase decided on an evening wedding, we were able to capture the most beautiful sunset portraits! On a typical wedding day, my portrait time with the couple is in the morning or during the afternoon, so it is such a treat when we get to have our whole portrait session during golden hour! We were blessed with such beautiful weather and a gorgeous sunset.
One of my favorite moments was the dance between Alexandra and her dad. Alexandra’s mother’s family is from Mexico, and they are all such superb dancers! What started out as a typical sweet dance between father and daughter turned into a high-energy choreographed dance! The guests loved it! Also, the DJs from DJ Howie D were awesome! They kept the party going and made sure everyone had a great time.
Congratulations to Alexandra and Chase!
