Last week we had the most beautiful weather ever for Leslie & Austin’s engagement session at the SC Botanical Garden & Walker Golf Course in Clemson! It got a little chilly at the end (and WINDY), but the sunset was so gorgeous!!! It is always a treat to shoot at the SC Botanical Garden and the Walker Golf Course. This was my first time visiting in early April when the Dogwoods are blooming! Dogwoods are my FAVORITE tree ever, and in the middle of the garden was the most PERFECT dogwood!! You won’t want to miss it!

I knew that this was going to be a good shoot from the moment we said “how are you?!” Leslie & Austin have a vibrant energy that you don’t see all the time! They were SO much fun to be around! When I asked them what they like to do together, they said “go to amusement parks!” You can tell that these two love each other and they love having fun. They made my job so easy! Leslie has the most gorgeous smile and laugh, and you can tell Austin just adores her! I’m so excited for their wedding in July!

One cute detail about this session is that they brought along some of Leslie’s stuffed animals for the shoot and they got to be featured in the blog. 🙂 These little guys were present for Leslie & Austin’s proposal. They were outfitted with little suits and bowties made by one of Leslie’s bridesmaids! We had fun incorporating them into the shoot before we headed for the Walker Golf Course!
