Today I’m going to show you how to create a values based productivity plan for your business to get the right stuff done and do effective work consistently.

Before we dive in, I want to know, does any of this sound familiar?

  • You’re just starting out in business, you see someone successful and think you could never be like them because there’s too much work to do to get there
  • You see someone trying a new business tactic and think, “oh, I need to try that!” but then you do and wonder why it doesn’t seem to satisfy you
  • You work a full time job and only have a couple horus a week to work on your business but you don’t know which tasks to prioritize
  • You have a goal but you don’t know where to start so you end up spinning your wheels and accomplishing very little

The answer: A Values-Based Productivity Plan

A Values Based Productivity Plan will Help You Get the Right Things Done

Values-Based

  • Know which goals to set
  • Know which goals to prioritize
  • Keep you from the comparison trap

Productivity

  • To know how to spend your time
  • To avoid time-wasters

Plan

  • So you know exactly which steps to follow so you don’t get overwhelmed
  • Strategies for when you feel stuck

How do you create a values-based productivity plan and get the right stuff done?

  1. Define Success
  2. Cast a Vision
  3. Get a bird’s eye view of your roles
  4. Eliminate what’s not serving you
  5. Set Goals
