GETTING READY

Because Melissa is such a dear friend, I just had to share more of her sweet getting ready images!! Her mom added the sleves to her vintage dress, and it couldn’t have suited her more perfectly!! I love delivering black and white images in my getting ready galleries because they are so emotional and dramatic!! 

Emily & Logan’s wedding was nothing short of perfect, and I just loved the natural light we had coming into her getting ready room!

Another favorite is this image from Kaleigh & Ryan’s wedding. Kaleigh’s dress was custom made from Bulgaria, and here’s her mom zipping her up!!

Victoria’s wedding was such a happy day, and her getting ready images were some of my favorites!! We found this massive window on the same floor as her hotel room!!

Kara & Travis’s getting ready shots were so colorful, and so full of light and fun!! I love the matching cardigans she got for her bridesmaids and junior bridesmaids!!

FIRST LOOK

Below are some more of my favorite first look images from 2017!! First looks are always so emotional, and every now and then we get a groom that actually sheds tears!! These two first looks were both so emotional!

Jacob was SO ready to see his bride!!! Look at that face!! I still get tears to my eyes when I look at Melissa & Jacob’s first look images!

CANDID

Capturing candid moments is always one of my favorite things about weddings!! The anticipation, the excitement, the nerves… they all come together in a beautiful way on a wedding day!! Here are some favorites…

This has got to be my favorite candid moment of 2017!! We were in the middle of our couple session when Luke accidentally spilled the beans to Olivia about their honeymoon location! The look on his face says, “I’ve been keeping this secret for 3 months and I can’t believe I just did that…” The look on both of their faces is priceless!!!

There are always a few tears shed on a wedding day, especially from grandma!!

CEREMONY

Just a few of my favorite ceremony images! I was able to photograph some beautiful chapels and outdoor locations this year! Plus, who doesn’t love flower girl shots???

RECEPTION

Emily & Matt’s wedding along with Alexandra & Chase’s wedding both had some of the best father/daughter dances I’ve ever seen!!!

MOST FUN

I have to say, Melissa & Jacob’s wedding makes the list again… after their wedding they wanted to go to Sno Hut!!! Of course, I had to follow them for a few photographs!!
