Best of 2017 Weddings | Part 1 | Kingsbridge Photography

2017 was such a fantastic year for Kingsbridge Photography!!! I was able to travel to Kiawah Island, Texas, New York, and Maine for weddings, as well as many weddings in my hometown of Greenville, SC!! I also went full time in photography in August!! Today I’m sharing some of my favorite photos from my 2017 wedding season!! It was so hard for me to narrow down my favorites, so tomorrow I’ll be sharing more of them! After hours of culling and selecting, I’ve chosen these images as the best of 2017! I decided to highlight each couple whose photographs were chosen as winners, so you’ll find their blog posts linked underneath their names! These are arranged by date of the wedding!!

Enjoy!!

Emily & Logan

I might have picked too many from this wedding, but I just couldn’t help it! I LOVE the beach, and this was my first beach wedding. It kicked off my 2017 season in January and ended up being one of my favorite of the whole year!! View Emily & Logan’s stunning Kiawah Island Wedding HERE.

Kara & Travis

Kara & Travis’s wedding celebration took place in March in Dallas, TX. They had a small ceremony a few months earlier and honeymooned in Hawaii!! Then they invited all their friends and family to a huge celebration in Dallas!! I am obsessed with Kara’s gorgeous bridesmaids dresses! She was able to celebrate with her bridesmaids and spend the whole day with them getting ready before the reception. Check out their blog post HERE.

Luke & Olivia

Luke & Olivia’s wedding was such a blast!! We were able to do all of their bridal party and couple portraits after the reception when the light was glowy and the sun was low in the sky. My favorite moment of their wedding was a candid photo I snapped when Luke accidentally revealed their honeymoon location to Olivia before he was supposed to!! You’ll have to stay tuned until tomorrow for that one!! (Or you can check out their blog post HERE.)

Brian & Jocie

Brian & Jocie became some of my sweetest friends in college!! We were in choir together and were able to travel to Chicago to sing just one month before their wedding!! They got married in Bath, New York and had the sweetest ceremony ever. Her mom made her gorgeous cathedral veil, so that was the focal point in a lot of our photos!! I also really love their two-toned rings and their invitations designed by Brian. View their day HERE.

I love this shot of their rings because I focused on God’s Everlasting Love from Romans 8!! Such a special picture of the unending circle representing unending love!!  2018-01-18_0038.jpg

Kaleigh & Ryan

Kaleigh & Ryan were married in June at Green Acres Events in Honea Path! I love that venue because we get the most gorgeous light if the ceremony is at the right time. And theirs was!!! Their ceremony photos were some of my favorite EVER, so I had to share their first kiss as husband and wife from that stunning ceremony!! View more HERE.

Another sweet friend from school!!! Joanna is always finding ways to encourage her friends, and she absolutely adores Isaiah!! The light, the “almost kiss,” the smile. I love it so much!! I was also obsessed with her classic shoes and her perfume bottle!! It subtly tied in with her bridesmaids colors!! View more HERE.
