Clemson Alumni Wedding at The Loom at Cotton Mill Place | Leslie & Austin

clemson alumni the loom wedding

Leslie & Austin were married this past Saturday at The Loom at Cotton Mill Place in Simpsonville, SC!If you haven’t seen their engagement session already, check that out here! I am just in love with these two.  Austin has such a fun personality, and Leslie is just so sweet! While they were getting ready, the girls were jamming to some 90s and early 2000s music, including my favorite, Hilary Duff! Brought back some memories for sure! I loved hanging out with them! As soon as Austin arrived to get ready for the first look, he was pretty hyper! And I know Leslie couldn’t wait to see Austin. Their first look was so sweet! We decided to utilize the sliding doors at The Loom for their first look so Austin could get the full effect of her entrance. They were all smiles!

The Loom was the perfect venue for their wedding. It’s classy, elegant, with a little bit of a modern rustic twist! They recently made some renovations and updates to the decor, and it looks AMAZING! I love the new sliding doors, the shiplap at the front, and the new, fresh paint! There is so much natural light coming in to the venue which was PERFECT for all of the shots we needed to take. And I just love the front porch! We even were able to sneak away during the reception for some sunset portraits over near the pond they have out back. I can’t say enough good things about The Loom!

Leslie & Austin are both Clemson graduates, and most of their bridal party were either classmates or roommates with them. There was a whole lot of Tiger pride in this place! Leslie had a surprise planned for Austin during the reception that he knew nothing about. The Tiger himself made an appearance and led the guests in The Tiger Rag and was out there dancing! Austin had NO idea this was happening, and his look of shock was priceless! Their reception was so much fun! The whole day was full of epic 90s and early 2000s jams from NSYNC, The Spice Girls, and a few modern songs as well! They truly made their day unique to them!!

Congrats Leslie & Austin, and I hope y’all enjoy Scotland!!!

A special thanks to my fabulous second shooter, Nichole Lauren.

Leslie decided to save her veil for the ceremony, so we just HAD to get these “just married” shots with her beautiful veil!!

Guys, the food was SO GOOD!

Leslie & Austin are true Disney fans, so it wouldn’t be complete without their Mickey and Minnie hats!

Here they are dancing away… Austin has NO IDEA what’s about to happen!!!

And here comes the Tiger…

THAT FACE!!! Priceless

The DJ, Brent, and The Loom crew with The Tiger! I love these awesome vendors!!!

We snuck away for 10 minutes to capture some sunset portraits. I’m so glad we did!!!

The bridal party and hid Taylor Swift at various locations throughout the night. Hilarious!

Congrats Leslie & Austin!!!
